Our Story
For years, I watched the same thing happen across companies of every size. Businesses would invest in technology — cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, AI tools, security stacks — and then struggle to actually use them.
Not because the technology was bad. Because nobody had taken the time to connect it to the work the team actually does every day.
I spent 14 years working across Microsoft, Ingram Micro, RSA, and the broader tech partner ecosystem. I have worked with enterprise clients, mid-market businesses, and the MSP partners who support them. I have seen the gap up close — the wasted licenses, the confused teams, the tools that nobody uses.
Tech Simplified exists to close that gap. Not through more theory or certification tracks. Through practical, outcome-focused training and enablement that gives businesses something they can use the same week.
